RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

We want you to be pleased with your MINDFUL ESCAPE HOME FRAGRANCE purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product for a full refund or exchange within five (5) business days of purchase.

Please note that all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, only unopened and unused items can be returned or refunded. [Used items cannot be returned or refunded].

DAMAGED ITEMS:

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of the damaged product is reported to MINDFUL ESCAPE HOME FRAGRANCE within five (5) business days of receipt.

To request a return or a refund, please email info@mindfulescapett.com. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g., your order number, order confirmation email, or receipt) to be accepted. Please note that Mindful Escape Home Fragrance is unable to cover return shipping costs.
